- Unibuild also liaise with the Local Authorities, Building Control & Planning Department and also individual architects appointed directly by the client.
- Unibuild is accredited within the Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and will provide a detailed compilation of Health & Safety documentation prior to each project.
