Unibuild was established in 1990 by directors Mike Genney & Rick Royall. Collectively the directors have in excess of 36 years experience in the building and construction industry.
The company has developed from a labour supplier of all trades within the construction sector to a turn key operation for all building requirements.
Unibuild have a diverse array of clients covering the Food, Manufacturing, Processing and Engineering sectors, as well as North East Lincolnshire council building requirements. The company operate both locally and regionally.
Unibuild have also recently been the main contractor for the largest domestic house extension in the area. In addition they are also involved in the construction of domestic properties, conversions and extensions. We can also assist the developer with planning support.
